The Living Urban Ecology Center and Masterplan project communicates a story of engagement and interaction between society and nature at an intermingling of scales. The belief system of this proposal involves the use of the landscape to heal itself and people. Through the integration of a natural biological system to purify the river, hydroponic food production. This promotes the rehabilitation of the environment in support of reclaiming the ground plane for exploration to bring people, water, and the landscape together.
